1. we need to set our goal to find what type of house?
2. how much budget you can spend monthly? it take a lot of commitment because not only one or 9 years but more than 30 years
3. which location do you prefer?
go there morning, late evening and nite.. is it preferable? is it save?
4. screening developer background..
ada yg terbekanglai x? bnyk ke? ada yg da siap ke? review rumah yg dah siap sume tu boleh google je..
5. baca iklan betul2 sbb when they mention free aircond TV bla2.. that actually u need to pay and know after sign loan.. so xleh buat apa (only me dunno x tahu la..) well the cost actually higher than we can do on our own.. because when all cost include into the loan, we need to times interest which is more than what we need to pay without loan.. so please learn and study well before kene kelentong dgn developer yang mulut manis janji macam2 but x buat rumah untuk tinggal tp macam rumah singgah je.. developer hanya mahu uwang tanpa melibatkan kepentingan or keselamatan pemilik.
6. bank nk buat loan pun kene consider which one yg bg interest paling murah plus MRTT yang paling minimun so that kite boleh amik insurans kat luar yg more flexible for example MLTT.. but this one also need to study sbb dah nama pun insurans kalau x makan duit org bukan die la..
